3. I want to provide a Bank statement “instead of an mpesa statement what should I Do?

Just scan   the statement and send them through the email address or whatsapp number provided in the website or call our helpline for assistance (Tel No:____________________)

4. What if am listed negatively with a CRB Firm?

In such an unfortunate scenario we advise you to first settle outstanding loans with your lenders and seek appropriate clearances. At that point we will be glad to welcome you in.

5. I have selected my ideal power –tool/equipment/machinery and paid the Deposit what’s next?

Kudos! an agent will track the movement  of your parcel  and  update you  accordingly.

6. I received my power tool. When is my 1st installment Due?

Do  not worry, the company  agent  will  get  in Touch  with  you and  explain  what  is  required from your  end.

7. Can I track my Balances?

Yes, it is pretty easy! Just log in into your account and see all the activities or even outstanding installments.

8. Can I pay my installment earlier?

Sure, we will offer you a discount on the principal amount due and upgrade your profile. This will assist you to qualify for a bigger facility.

9. Why was my application declined?

Your application may have been rejected owing to a myriad Reasons, including;

  2. Negative listing with a C.R.B agency
  3. Poor credit score
  4. Poor mpesa or Bank account performance.

Say, tool cost is 10,000/= but you qualified for 8,000/= you will pay 2000/= as deposit.
